PRESENCE WITHIN BOUNDARIES - day 14 MALCHUT sh b’GEVURAH

PSALMS OF MY SOUL

ספירת העומר

Kabbalistic Sephirat HaOmer
Malchut sh b'Gevura - day 14, 2 weeks of Omer

FULL PRESENCE WITHIN BOUNDARIES
http://sephirathaomer.blogspot.com

The inner emotion of Malchut sh b'Gevurah is the mystical awe of Divinity.
From that blossoms absolute appreciation of G*d's beauty on earth.

Malchut is mastery of all my midot / attributes in my spirit infused world.

Do I offer proper nourishment, and cultivate and strengthen all that needs to grow into Malchut? In Gevurah is pruning needed? Is there enough space, sunshine, balance, love, care?

Clivia flowers like the tree's fig come once each year.  Clivia appears in its Malchut, fullness and soon disappears on its one strong stem.  Fig keeps growing and coming, even past frost time. Like Torah, Fig keeps offering itself, wanting to give and give, but then there are limitations/Gevuah of the season. There may be figs on the branches I prune to give away in winter on Tu b'Shvat, but those figs do not ripen.

What is the blemish I am deleting, to rectify and purify for Shavuot?
The weakness in Gevurah/discipline, and not being in joy, myself, in all that I can be.
I cross boundaries when needed–try to flow through all midot, all Sephirot to succeed, and try not to limit myself where freedom is required.

For this Omer site, I am trying very hard to be consistent in the labeling of Sephirot posts.
Some are, some are not, but in Malchut sh b'Gevurah, I really do try.

I try to reveal G*D in Malchut in offering the phenomenal face of flowers and figs.
These are the Face of G*d.

Did I say how MAMASH EXCITED I am to see these figs and flowers?!
From meditation and flow to Malchut experience of joy!

"They will sit, each person under his vine and under his fig tree, and none will make them afraid, for the mouth of the Compassionate One, G*d of the hosts of Creation, has spoken." (Micah 4:4)

"Torah compares to a fig tree; Figs on a tree do not ripen all at once, but a little each day. Therefore, one keeps finding new figs in the tree each day. So too with Torah: The more one studies each day, the more knowledge and wisdom one finds." (Eruvin 54a)

"In that day (of Torah and peace)...everyone will invite his friend in fellowship under his vine and under his fig tree." (Zechariah 3:10)

MANNA from HEAVEN

- Joy Krauthammer

With every breath,
with every taste,
with all my senses,
gratitude I have and give thanks
as I discover miracles
waiting for me this morning.

I laugh with glee
as I find Your babies
in Your magical garden that I tend.

Your treasures are strange:
firm, shiny, smooth, thick-shelled, purple
Passion Fruits!
Their ripened, wrinkled, rumpled rinds, deflating
from the dense leafy tendrilled vines
thirty feet wide and my height,
fallen to the ground!

I bend, praise You, lower my knees,
drop to the earth
to gather the precious, egg-shaped bounty, protecting
intensely tart tasting, succulent,
transparent, glowing golden sacs, placentas.
Each envelops a small, crunchy black seed.
Hundreds matured, concealed
and encased in a cavity.
Each attached to tissue-thin white membrane.

With care, drops of juice should not spill,
I quickly cut open one rounded passion fruit
revealed for my pleasure.

I make the blessing,
ingest Your blessings,
Giver of Life,
this summer season.

Clustered all the way from Gan Eden
beneath giant green leaves,
Figs, when plucked,
exude white sap.

Tender, large, luscious, plump, purple, fresh figs,
symbol of Torah
birthed to enjoy through and through.
In bliss, I lift each sweet sensuous one
up to You.

Figs on the tree, I bequeath
for G*d's other creatures,
as Boaz did in the field
for Ruth, the Moabitess,
to glean and feast in joy.

We taste the mysterious, mystical treasure,
delicate, dry skin and moist flesh,
ripe, bursting forth magenta insides,
awesome to behold, satisfied
I release from the fruit
Holy sparks of life.
I can feel them twinkle
in my mouth and travel within me.

The blesSings of Your Passion and Fig,
I share today with a bride and groom
under their wedding canopy.

Joy's recent favorite "Don't Postpone JOY" topic to teach is:
Simchat Chochmah ~ Joy of Wisdom for Baby Boomers.

The fig is a perfect representation for Simchat Chochmah as it is likened to Torah and the Joy of Wisdom.

May the refinement work of cosmic cleansing that I do on myself during the 49 days of Kabbalistically Counting the Sephirat HaOmer help me to mamash/truly be who I am, and need to become. I desire to delete klipot/husks (negative influences) and again ready myself for Shavuot by strengthening, elevating and perfecting my midot/character traits.

FIGS GROW - day 46 NETZACH sh b'MALCHUT

Psalms of My Soul
ספירת העומר

Netzach sh b'Malchut
Endurance Within Shechina

Sephirat HaOmer day 46
6 weeks and 4 days of the Omer

Figs Are As Torah.  Am I?

- Joy Krauthammer

Fig trees in all their ripe beautiful fullness, uniqueness, and purple royalty, are grown from foot-long barren branches filled with potential. In dormancy, fig trees have been pruned, cut back and endure the amputations, and mourning over limb loss. Roots, new branches, leaves and produce are determined to sprout, grow and fill out in glory.  Fig tree has endured the dormant winter season until Tu B'Shvat when again the sap flows. In victory over obstacles, new growth successfully starts to push out through the undressed branches, some lathered in tar from prior amputations. Determination is immediate as even the tiniest of green baby figs show their perseverence and appear to begin a new season, while other creatures scamper all over the figs, devouring them, as they mature.

Figs are as Sephirot as is Torah

How can I be like a FIG?  How can my spirit and physical being endure trials, challenges and seasons, and successfully reach my goals?  What kind of warrier am I?  Do I fight for what I believe in for myself and for others and ideals?  Do I go forward in joy?
What is my intention from the time of Tu B'Shvat, and when my limbs are pruned to serve a purpose, to achieve goals, to produce lush beautiful sweet, purple bounty?

How are my roots when they had been vulnerable and fragile, and my trunk, branches, leaves, and nourishment– so that I can go forward with my fruits, my gifts, toward my receivers of fruits?  Is my fruit like the fig and Torah, that it is edible through and through, and ripens a little at a time?

Sephirot HaOmer are like Torah and figs: Additional Sephirah energies are visible each day, as are figs, and contemplated, and grasped, digested, and more wisdom and transformation is available for goodness, growth and sharing in the land of Holiness.

"In that day (of Torah and peace)... everyone will invite his friend in fellowship under his vine and under his fig tree." (Zechariah 3:10)
